Halff Grows Its Footprint Across the South

Halff continued it strategic growth this summer by announcing the opening of two new offices, one in Duluth, Georgia, and another in Mesa, Arizona. These milestones reflect Halff’s commitment to strengthening its presence across the South while expanding technical capabilities in key markets. Together, they support Halff’s long-term strategy to deliver innovative solutions with a people-focused approach. The Georgia and Arizona offices position Halff in two of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the country. Each office is led by experienced professionals whose leadership will help strengthen client relationships and support long-term growth in their regions.

Halff also strengthened its Energy practice through the acquisition of C&D Utility Consulting, LLC, a San Antonio-based firm known for its expertise in electric utility infrastructure. The 26-person team brings specialized knowledge in electric distribution design, permitting, pole attachments and fiber design. This strategic addition enhances Halff’s ability to deliver comprehensive infrastructure solutions for energy providers across Texas.
